Terraced Houses are small, compact-sized house. Due to their size, their architectural layout plays an important role. A well-architect-ed house will still be a choice of many regardless of the size. Terraced House Floor Plans should be designed and developed by experienced architects. These plans should be developed keeping in mind the location and area space of these developments. There are two preferable layouts
1. 3-person, 2-bedroom space
2. 5-person, 3-bedroom space
3-Person, 2-Bedroom Space
This is the ideal layout and is used in most of the terraced house floor plans. A kitchen, bathroom and living area on the ground floor and two bedrooms and a bathroom on the top floor along with front yard space and a garage portion. A master bedroom for the couple and a mini bedroom for children works well for small families.
3-Person, 2-Bedroom justify
This is preferred for those who want more space. Generally, a room, a kitchen, a bathroom and a living space on the ground floor and two bedrooms and a bathroom(or two) along with a balcony on the top floor is preferred. A front yard and a garage portion are mostly present in such layouts. A master bedroom for couples, a mini bedroom for children and an extra room that can serve well as a guest room or study room.
Floor Plans should be designed and developed by architects after they completely analyse the site space and locality to deliver the best layouts.
